When we saw our neighbours property go on the market. We decided our 4 bedroom home was just too small for us as we have 5 children. We then thought of buying their property but when that fell through we started looking for land to build our dream home.
So heres a quick timeline of where we are up to.
13/7/13 - We put our deposit on our land in Woongarrah.
31/10/13 - Paid deposit to Allworth & locked price in for 12 months.
29/4/14 - Sold our house & settled on our land.
24/7/14 - Plans submitted to council.
11/9/14 - Plans finally approved by council.
Hi Mel, Im dcox in the forum, Ill be watching your blog, Im also building with allworth, nearly chosen the crescendo but changed it to winton instead. Have they levelled your block already?
