I went past yesterday & they had put the sarking on & all the roof tiles in piles on the roof ready to be laid.
And today our roof was laid. It is looking really good. I only wished I had of convinced Rob into upgrading to terracotta roof tiles.
We are hoping the rest of the bricks will be delivered early next week & we see the brickies return.
I think this roof choice is very nice. It matches with the brick quite well and I think this would be a better choice anyway. Also durable, this option will hold up over the years and should need very minimal maintenance or repairs. That saves money in the long run and is something to consider.
